do you guys know that our surrounding temp. (environment)
can actually affect our body temperature too?
this is why when the weather turns a little
too hot , we tends to get sick more often.
as our surrounding temp. rises , our body
temperature rises too.

so i hope everybody will bathe more than the
usual (maybe just a shower will do)
and drink more water to cool your body temp.
this few days as it really is super duper hot. =x
